I didn’t find in the packages OpenVpn: where is it and how to install it ?

Also, please advice, can we install any VPN on the router. Or, is it just proxy based? Pardon my ignorance, I’m newly introduced to Mikrotik. Thanks!

How come? What MikroTik are you referring to? What is its RouterOS version?

It’s part of ppp package.
