we wanto to get get the stock firmware / RouterOS 7.0. (no Beta) our new Chateau LTE 12 shipped with.
We updated to v7.1 Beta5 and want to go back to “stable” 
.
I can’t find any download links.

After Alpha comes Beta then Release Candidate (RC) and then the Release.
RouterOS is on second base now so there is no Router OS 7.0 and maybe it will take some new homeplates to reach 7.X.
I have bad news for you: There is no stable ROS for Chateau.
That’s right, Chateau is product that can only run completely unstable version of ROS and they are selling it anyway…
Mikrotik decided to release this product, even though it can only run ROS version 7. So there is simply no version 6.x you can use as none supports this hardware.
And because development of version 7 is as slow and painful as it is, there are simply no stable versions of ROS 7.x. They should not be even called Beta, they are still far from that.
By flashing different versions, you may be able to find one that does just what you need, but there is always something broken in every version.

What you need is not some label, but product to work stable and being supported. Instead of acting on random forum post, ask from Mikrotik support which software you should use for stable operation of your device model and required functionality and that’s it.
Yes, returning it back is sadly only way to make Mikrotik hear your voice, that this is not acceptable.
