I’ve got a serious problem on a 433AH using 3 SR-2’s in that wlan 2 drops all clients and will not recover until a complete reboot. It has generated a supout.rif file but I’ve no clue as how to retrieve it or where to send it for analysis.Please help.

to retrieve it, use FTP to connect to the router, or if you use Winbox - drag the file from Files window to your desktop
