We have a few RB433UAH, running OS V3.3. We want to be able to receive SMS at RouterBoard. I tried a Nokia 6085 which connected to USB, I could successfully send message from serial console with “>tool sms send …” command. But for receiving, I configured the sms:
receive-enabled: yes
port: usb2
channel: 1
secret: “1234”
allowed-number: “XXXXXXXX”
keep-max-sms: 1
When I use “tool sms inbox print”, even when the phone receives SMS, the RouterBoard couldn’t read it. There is no message being printed.
Did miss anything? what’s the secret code for?
Has anybody successfully received SMS from GSM phone at RouterBoard (OS V3.3)? could you let me know the model of the phone?
