which is the best method for load balancing with Mikrotik
to support more than 2.000 users browsing in internet ?.
having a bandwidth
ISP1 - 150Mb
ISP12 - 60Mb
Lan - 2,000 Users Browsing

PCC
ECMP
NTH

As your link have different bandwidth ECMP is a bad Idea. What kind off traffic do you expect? Just Browsing? Or also Heavy downloads and Video streaming? How does your uplinks look? are you talking a routing protocol with you upstream providers or just to links where you do natting?

we used bonding at small scale, it has paying price on performance is our case about a 20% of the total bandwith and it works better on even channels. not sure if ospf also does load balancing.
