Which key usage Is need in certificate for server and client to use with OpenVPN

Hi I have created and signed and CA, server and client certificates, but when I try to open de VPN I get the error
Sun May 06 01:17:23 2018 us=52378 ++ Certificate has key usage 00b6, expects 00f8
Sun May 06 01:17:23 2018 us=52378 ++ Certificate has key usage 00b6, expects 0088

Somebody can tell me which key usage I have to select to set key usage 00f8 and 0088?

I am using 6.42.1 versión.
