1.Which Mikrotik version has been the best so far ?
2. How to make the ping between clints be good ans stabile ?

for good pings forever

go for queue tree and set ICMP highest priority, and lower it for other traffic

interactive traffic should be prioritised, in your case ICMP, if you use any wireless solutions you should make sure of the signal qualility, interference, load etc etc.

  1. mangle all the icmp port on forward chain
  2. put it on the highest priority of your queue tree
  3. sit down and smile…

Some applications adjust their flow control mechanism by measuring icmp round-trip delay (even TCP has a similar mechanism). You could completely fool applications by increasing icmp priority because they might think that the link is fast and at the end you will have dropped packets … congestion, bad quality to summarize.
