Which one first?

Hi guys
I’ve just installed mikrotik and processing the licence thru an agent.

Meanwhile I want to know how should I start the configuration

I want mikrotik to

  1. authenticate users PC before issueing an IP address (DHCP authentication with MAC)
  2. Authenticate users (username & password using hotspot) before allowing webaccess and also attach a given IP to a user irrespective of the PC used(User manager).
  3. bandwidth limiting(User manager)

Now, which one should I configure first?
And, please what is your advice?

you can have IP pool on LAN.
Issue IP to each and every user and bind it with mac.

Than you can have Hotspot or any other authentication method, like PPPoe.

You can always bind mac and always assign Bandwidth to each and every user
