which ports for VPN IPSEC X.509

Hello everybody,

i have the problem, that we can not make a VPN IPSEC X.509 Connection from intern to an extern server. I don’t know, that there are some ports blocked from intern to extern. What requirements musst i realise, that such a connection is possible ?
