Which router to choose?

I have absolutelly no idea what Microtik produces, only today saw products and some of them I think are the exact match of what I need
The situation:
Organization is ~30 computers, 3 wifi AP, 3 network printers, 1 file/AD/app server. “Bring your own device” is acceptable, so up to 10-15 wireless devices may be active at some time, total up to 50 nodes. No heavy trafic, only occasional youtube, some downloads. FastEthernet 5/5e network, no plans (and even no need) for Gigabit. VPN is not used but may be in plans. Switching is with 2 very very basic cisco unmanaged switches. Trafic is routed currently through some “ADB” branded device provided from internet provider, but is not up to the task.
Needs:
-Stability! The highes priority. Some “self-healing” if the router gets stuck it is rebooted automatically in the worst case. No “Push the reset/power button” stuff
-Qos - lowest priority for audio/video streams
-Traffic monitoring: only to see if some mallware is on one of the nodes and doing nasty stuff, nothing extra
-2 providers capability: if the primary is down - second is used. All automatic if possible
-DHCP server

Thats pretty much it (had a long day, so the brains are not up to the logic tasks anymore…). To stay short all the extra features of the cheap home routers are welcome.

RB2011UiAS-RM is suitable for my organizational needs?

2011 is enough for you. I understood you deal with 5mbits Internet connection, so it is much more than enough.

Sorry, I did not mentioned my internet speed - it is approx 50Mbit, much more than that. Only it is most of the time underutilised.

Even with firewall and queues the device can route several hundred Mbits, so you should be fine

It will be for the government organization - the budget is not infinite, so the next on the line RB1100AHx2 has the same functionality, but just more “horsepower” and higher RouterOS licence, right?

yes, considerably more power. RB2011 is smaller, and more optimal for mid size offices, RB1100 can be used for larger ISP even

The RB2011 is fanless. The RB1100 has a fan.

The fan is not a problem or a feature. Router will sit in rack in room with AC, that rack itself does not have a server or other heat generating device
seems RB2011 will do the work

thak you for answers

A moving part is a prime candidate for failure.
