So, following situation:
I need two networks, one private and one for our vacation rental.
10/11x Ports and seperatet networks, so 9/10x Ports for private and 1x for the vacation rental.
Right now I have an Modem/Router and an 24 Port Switch. Which hardware you prefer for this scenario?
What will you do with those two networks ? Switching, routing, hotspot, … ? What speed do you need ? 10, 100, 1000Mbps ?
It wil be probably only switching, routing is right now done by the Modem/Router it could be that I will change it to the Mikrotik.
No Hotspot, I will maybe buy some map and use them as Hotspot, 1000Mbps would be perfect.
Look at CRS125. This should allow 500Mbps ROUTING.
