I need some help. Please advise me which is the most suitable sector antenna for a wifi hotspot implementation on an open square between those 2 below:

First one is not MIMO but clearly states that supports dual polarity which ideal for hotspot implementations, laptops & portable devices.
Second one has two polarization chains and MIMO. Would be working better with an R52Hn than the first or not?
Finally which the the ideal band for wifi hotspot implementations? (Given that clients would support mixed b/g/n)
Only g with 20MHz or b/g/n with 20/40MHz?
