Yesterday i tried to replace ethernet connector from an old RB411 and I did not manage to remove the connector without damaging him badly. I was trying to use Weller soldering station and hot air blower.

What tools do you use to remove these connectors?

50W Soldering Iron and Desoldering Pump.

Which temperature do you use?

Around 380-400 Celsius Degree.
