I am curious? Is the temp reading in RouterOS reading the Temperature of the CPU or the ambient temperature from outside?
May be a dumb question but I am figuring its reading the CPU temp.
It depends on the used board.
Please specify RouterBOARD model you are using to get more information.
The specific board is RB493G.
Sorry I did not realize that different boards had different temp sensors.
