i have heard that if u change your hard drive then your soft id will be changed.. well i have some issues on routeros license like:
1> my systems board get dead or my hard drive get dead?
2> upgrading the old server machine to new server machine? (old have level 5 license routeros)
then my soft-id will changed what should i do then. i must buy a new level 5 key again.

When you change hard drives you have to buy a new license. Those are the license terms. You can often plug an existing hard drive into an entirely different machine, though. Flash cards do well for that. You can use secondary drives as web proxy storage.
what is option of replacement of key ?
plz suggest me what is better RouterOS or RouterBoard because i am going to buy in this week
RouterOS is the software which runs on RouterBOARD. you can’t compare them 
mean to say PC with RouterOS is better or RouterBoaord?
RouterBOARD is better supported, tested, smaller, has everything built in (no need to find any miniPCI adapters), some of the models are just as fast. It’s also easy to install in towers or remote locations. You can power it by battery or solar.
The only advantage of a PC is that you can buy a 12 core Xeon and it will be faster.
