is there a way to allow customers who are loging to our network only to log into web pages that we allow in our hotspot without using internet ?
ie: need unauthorized customers to be able to view our webpage (or any white page we allow) to allow them buy ticket or pay by online to get autorization to use the internet.
pls advice how to do

yes, you can put web page address to walled garden access list, to allow user without permission.

i have over 250 hotspots from Mikrotik all over the island in cyprus.
lately discovered that paypal dosenot support us with online payment.
we had several business accounts with paypal for online payment , the account was working with Mikrotik perfectly , after few days and after some transactions from our customers paid online , paypal stop our account and delete payments. after our contact with paypal they say that this kind of transactions are risky and they terminate the account. we have contacted paypal again and strongly insist to know why they stop our accounts , their reply was:
we dont support hotspot business payment, as its not visible transaction and there is no physical proof for buyer and seller (shipping doc.), we have informed them that mikrotik support paypal payment , but they insist that they dont accept such business. any other solution for payment online ? need help pls as we have big mikrotic network and need solution please.
