Who knows more external disk applications and how to configure them.
Here are some examples.
I am already looking at how you can write the firewall address list on the external disk.

Mikrotik user manager storage

 tool user-manager database set db-path=disk1/cache-n-db/user-manager

Proxy-server storage

ip proxy set cache-path=Ultra/cache-n-db/proxy

System logging storage

dude set data-directory=Ultra/dude-data

Please note: the data directory such as “Ultra” here can be different depending on the brand and type of storage you use

Of course you can use it for NAS-like activities - access via FTP, offsite storage, media storage etc.
