Why am I unable to connect to SwOS via MAC address using Winbox?

I clearly can see SwOS in winbox/neighbors, but I can only access it via IP. Why is that?

Because SWOS is not ROS.
Winbox is a ROS tool.

You can see it but you can not connect to it using winbox, only using web browser.
