I have a sxt 5nD device. when I turn on , only three lights remain, and the buzzer does not ring. Device not able to reset .This device is not detected with winbox and netinstall . Good voltage and not short in circuit.
i replaced poe Adapter and cable.The problem has not been resolved yet.
please guide me.
