why bfd not working ?

we have set on asr router cisco xr

bgp:

  bfd fast-detect

  bfd multiplier 5

  bfd minimum-interval 300

 

bfd:

  interface gi1/1

  echo disable

  rx-interval 2000000

and on mikrotik

and of course bfd is checked on peer.
When i enable bfd on peer, bgp goes to open sent state and wont go up.

Dont have much experience with it but ive read that Mikrotik BFD doesnt play well with other vendors atm. Should be fixed in v7

We have BFD enabled with Juniper and Cisco upstream providers - both working normally on 6.48.5
