WHy can not see other MAC in winbox?

Can you please give me advice what more I need to set to access other device (p2p) over winbox?

I can connect over MAC Telnet to other side, but not over Winbox.

winbox sees the MAC of the device where your Windows is directly connected. In this case, the Ethernet.

So I’ve add ether interface in Bridge → Ports.
