I have found that it’s possible to connect to skype in a MT 2.9.40 hotspot without logging in? Anybody know why this is posible??
Searched forum and no mention of this?? Sorry but isn’t it pretty bad!! I really don’t want this happening on my Hotspots

hey sup … well no skype doesn’t work I’m sure you are wrong.. that’s what I thought in the beginning.. did you try to communicate with your contacts on skype? or you just saw the green icon in the taskbar .. so plz check…

your router’s config must be wrong, can you post it?
make sure that under ip->hotspot->hosts you see the mac address of your skype computer pop up.
If not then you dont have the hotspot on the right interface or some issue related.
Ok found out what it was. It was because I was using paypal for paymants I had to make a rule to allow paypalobjects.com to show graphics. Problem is that for some reason using the url is no good it dosent work! so I had to use the IP address of paypal objects to port 443. Funny thing is winbox makes the IP disapear after you apply it and opens up 443 to all dst addresses. Didn’t realise that happened!! I found in the end the only way to do it was by using:
paypalobjects.com/WEBSCR-450-20070329-1/en_US/
paypalobjects.com alone wont display the graphics on paypals site.
