I have a 2011UAS-2HnD and I tried to activate the webssl with a certificate for https://192.168.0.205/webfig/, I tested from openssl and from godaddy and I can't open a web session with https, from firefox I received this message (sorry it's in french):
Impossible de communiquer en mode sécurisé avec le pair : aucun algorithme de chiffrement en commun. (Code d'erreur : ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap)
I tried with another port than 443 and it's the same bug, with this model is it possible to connect this device with https (I have no problem with port 80) the firmware is version 5.22
I read all documentations for certificate I followed each step not working https, no error for certificate.... I have no rules, the firewall is wide open no restriction! the dhcp working fine and I can go to internet without any problem, the setup is basic, mikrotik behind my firewall!
