Why is my equipment down?

Hello.
The router was scheduled to perform a reboot at 6:30 AM.
Once the router is restarted, it appears in the dude down when the traffic passes and I have access through winbox.
From the dude machine I ping the team down.
I press discover on the router and it sets timeout.
The routerOS status is ok.
Could it be that the dude is stuck with that team?

From my expirience problem is firewall rules. Try to find out which one. Also, dont know where is dude server, in the same subnet or some remote? Maybe tunnel?

Is it possible that your dude is trying to reach the router by its WAN IP and that IP changed after the restart?
