Why is this so hard?

The equipment we are working with,
RB260GSP Routerboard - 5 Port switch with passive POE (Powering RB33G)
PC - Windows 10 computer
RBM33G Routerboard
R11e-LTE-US x1 (LTE MODEM)

The Ethernet
RB260GSP -
Port 2 to RBM33G POE slot, powering it
Port 5 to PC

Downloaded WINBOX and I’ve successfully connected to the RBM33G on the PC.
This is where I’m stuck @, the options are overwhelming.
My goal is to setup/share a Verizon Wireless 4G Connection through ethernet.
This is what I need help with.
I’m brand new and honestly, don’t know where to start.
It would be extremely helpful if someone could point me in the right direction.

Thank you very much!

So - Ive setup the APN and think that verizon is working.. Its detected atleast.

The RB260GSP is connected to the computer through port 1
The POE on the RMB33G connects into the RP260GSP through port 2

The problem is the computer has an unknown connection and no internet access.. Ive been playing around with the passthrough options trying to make it work with no luck.
Ill keep plugging and updating.
Does anyone know the solution to make the RMB33G go through the RP260GSP into the computer? Is there a way for me to know that? Also on Quickset the local area is set to 192.168.88.1 with a netmask @ 255.255.255.0/ , Im not sure if the connection on the computer needs to be set like that? Also does the default IP on the PC need to match something?

lol
