Why no wifi-qcom package in X86?

Hi, I’m trying to get a QCA9888 wifi card working in X86, version 7.13

I’ve read the wireless packages have been changed with this release and as well as Wireless, there is WiFi-Qcom and WiFi-Qcom-ac
But looking at ‘all packages X86’ the latter two are not there?
They are there in (for example) ARM software?

Please advise, thanks…

Default wifi/wireless in 7.13 is AX based. Not supported on X86, I believe ?
wifi-qcom-ac is only for ARM AC devices. Again, not for X86.

You could try with wireless package ? That one supports legacy wifi.

There is qca9888_pci.ko kernel module in wireless-7.13.npk so that may work…
