Why the dude shows the specifications not of devices in a different subnet

Why the dude shows the specifications not of devices in a different subnet.
cpu, mem, device name can not be mentioned. Ping works well.
SNMP parameters are good configured also the port and community name
Through winbox I can reach the routers in different subnets
All the devices in the same subnet or the dude server working fine.
i don’t use automatic discovery.
Dude 6.36.4 on rb3011
This is what i see by routerboard RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN

I have the impression that the dude still does not work properly.
Can someone answer Mikrotik itself, if the network is accessed
with winbox and can pinged where it can be located on?
SMNP parameters are set correctly.
Is this a dude bug?
Someone who can answer? Mikrotik?

Quick test didn’t show problems, if the monitored device is reachable from Dude server.
Just in case try to update your Dude server.

If problem remains, write to support@mikrotik.com

Thanks for your reply.
After an upgrade to 38rc52 remains the same.
I send an email to Mikrotik with supout.riff

I have received a mail from Mikrotik:
The dude does not work well for me because I have two gateways.
All the IP ranges outside of the device where the dude is installed can not be achieved through SMNP
The dude does not know which packet must be sent and received. Via gateway 1
ore gateway 2. Mikrotik promised me that they would seek a solution through the SNMP settings.
I am looking forward to it.
Go Mikrotik go for the solution.

Has anyone also had something.
Have you found a solution?
Let me know your solution please.
