Why "web proxy" service running while I don't enable it

Hello everyone. Could you help me with this problem, please?

I had a post to ask why my hAP lite (ROS v6.29.1)'s CPU go high sometime (the link is http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/my-hap-use-very-hight-cpu-when-enable-queue-tree/90778/1).

After that I use the tool profile to research what is the services use most of my CPU. And I see, except “firewall” and “queue” services, the “web proxy” is the most using of CPU.

I checked again and see my “web proxy” service isn’t enable but it still have uptime and data send out !?

I tried to disable it again but useless.

There’re some picture on hAP lite, I don’t have the picture when CPU going high so you will see the “web proxy” use only 0% - 1.5%, but when CPU go high, it will take 10-13% of CPU (the same at “firewall” and “queue”).

Its not running and just service is loaded but not enabled. Even in your resources its did not shown any cpu usage. So don’t worry about it.
