You aren’t giving enough information to form an opinion. Could be any number of reasons.
Spuratic Noise
I have a link -59/-59 100%/100% at 5.8GHz and it will drop for a second periodically.
20 times a day, first thing that springs to mind is someone within 50ft of your client or AP has a 2.4GHz cordless phone.
My mother in law calling has gotten me killed on online games as well as turned off my wireless controller until I changed phones. All it has to do is ring.
Well I’ll tell ya…
My drops happen most in the wee hours of the morning when little to no phone activity occurs.
When I do a signal usage I can see a sweeping signal, which I suspect is another wireless company playing games.
The sweeping signal disappears just before 6am.
Another Tower within 6Kms of this one does not see the sweeping, yet it is a taller tower.
I have many connections that have been up for 40+ days (last time I reset the unit after an upgrade). But this one connection above shows good signal but keeps dropping out.
But I think the suggestion that it is interference in the house from a phone or perhaps a microwave is probably a good place to start.
Thanks
