Client is not supplying correct WEP key. With WEP it looks like it connects, but since encryption key is wrong, no data passes = no DHCP assigned.
Maby I done some mistake, please get me an example of correct WEP auth configuration for WLAN int which is supported by windows (for example)
best regards
Use WPA instead, WEP is deprecated. Set a PSK in security profile, set wlan1 to use that profile, then Windows client will be asked for the passphrase when connecting.
ok, fine but one of my cards supports only 802.11b ![]()
this is my big problem ![]()
PS. I have problem with power of my WiFi card, I have Sparklan mPCI WMIA-165G, 2,4/ 802.11 b/g and with power setting 20dBm in mikrotik OS I have only signal with -70dBm when my notebook is near mikrotik (about 1m). Do You have something like that?
best regards
