I have network consisting of five RouterBOARD 941-2nD. Four are managed with capsman (including capsman), and one is running solo (because I need fake mac address, but that is another story).
Problem with network is funny - wifi ip camera is not accessible from wifi when connected to some routers! Basically configs are equal (as far as I can tell and checked), but from two mikrotik routers I can access camera only when connected to lan. From wlan its not possible. All interfaces are bridged (wlan+eth*), firewall and nat is not used. Subnets are the same. Only software version is different. Help me understand what am I doing wrong.
I will attach exports from three mikrotik routers:
- capsman - camera not accessible from wifi
- remote cap - camera accessible from wifi
- solo router /without cap/ - camera accessible from wifi
Just to be clear, wifi connectivity seems to be fine otherwise, from capsman I can ping all other mikrotik routers when connected to wifi. And all five routers can ping ip camera.
EDIT: I had client isolation (client forwarding) turned on, so thats why clients on same wifi interface couldnt reach each other.
