Wifi dropout at random times for some users

Hi,

I have a problem with an RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN unit for a customer.

The device has been working without issue for years until I had to move to another office in the building - the only thing I needed to change was the WAN IP address information provided from the building owners.

Now we have a problem with Wifi dropping out intermittenly for random users at random times - it then connects again. I can’t really see a pattern and it’s difficult to get reliable information from the users to help diagnose the problem. Only thing I can determine is that one users, the MD, doesn’t seem to get disconnected at all.

Any Ideas on gathering info?

Thanks in advance

Fevr

Any Ideas on gathering info?

Enable debugging for the wireless interface and you will collect your data through the log…

Thanks Zacharias,

Haven’t enabled WIFI debugging before - should I follow this guide?

Thanks

Exactly..!

Thanks Zacharias. Will have a go enabling debugging tomorrow or Friday and will post up the results in due course.

Cheers
