After WiFi card replacement improved the signal strength, the ping also changed, it is bigger than earlier!
Both side: RB433AH, Compex WLM200N5-26ESD (previously R52).
Wireless link: NV2, 5GHz-A, 5180MHz, 20MHz channel width.
Distance: 2,3km
Signal characteristics:
signal stregth: -50/-50 dBm
signal to noise>: 72 dBm
T/Rx CCQ: 99/99 %
Ping previously with R52 was <1ms, now with Compex card avg. 4ms.
I know that this is not a huge, but what makes this difference?
2.4 Ghz version of that compex card is bugged..
It won’t work in noisy enviroments, we tested it with JJplus ma25mp3 one works perfect other has full signal with ping drops and high latency.. “some compex cards working fine but some of them generates this bug” 5GHz compex cards fully supports ROS so you may use them with little high latency but becareful with 2.4 ghz compex cards.
Changing the configuration do not help on my situation?
On the AP side I have 60Mbit/3Mbit cableTV Internet and I need to provide it to the other end.
My NV2 link tx/rx rate is 54Mbit/s, I get 36Mbit/s with bandwidth test TCP in one direction.
