I will connect hap be 3, default config, quick set, changed channels to the same as on ax2, speed max 40 Mb, even in the room with the router . . . I don't have much opportunity to test at the moment, because ax2 is used intensively . . . security set identically

I would guess interference . . . Close in, 150 is pathetic for the ax2 as well . . . I've seen closer to 800 on mine.
You might consider trying other frequencies.

There can't be interference, the routers are on the same site, I tried to duplicate the conditions and settings, basically the only difference is the wifi driver on be3 and its MLO
What rate is it showing.

Getting 150 on a 300 would be atypical for me. My link is rated 700 or so (often tests a tad better) and I get 650's on my ax . . . 150 out of 300 would concern me greatly.
And I meant external interference, not between your stuff.
That, and I thought you were reporting link speeds, not end to end . . .
As @tadawson said: getting only 150 on the ax on a 300 line is already crappy. What speed do you achieve via cable?

I reset the configuration, updated to 7.23.3, it's better, but only MLO, suddenly I want separate networks, so it's not possible to connect. I see that it will be a bigger problem than on the ax2. I'll try to upload the configuration from the ax2 to the be3.
or I'll connect it to the network that's being built, like another AP, and try to set up only separate wifi so as not to block users.
FWIW, I just tested in the same room as my hap-ax2. Registration showed 864/648, the device (Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ - not exactly a new device) showed linked at 720, and Speedtest to the outside gave 741 down. (This on the UNII1 5GHz band with 20/40/80 width). I have my various AP's on different band allocations - UNII1, UNII2A, UNII2C and UNII3 (we are very rural, so DFS is a non issue) to allow each to be on "clear air" (the main stuff doesn't use UNII1, just this unit), and no conflict with typical consumer stuff.) Fast roam makes transitions instantaneous.
If I get a decent WiFi link speed (location), it and a cable run pretty much the same speed, so I still hold to the belief that if your network can truly do 300, the ax2 has something wrong either in config, or band allocation.
By removing the MLO, I didn't realize that the wifi on the pad is not assigned to the bridge. If old devices, but also new ones - air conditioning - go to virtual 2.4 wpa2, I will stay on MLO.
