More wtf:

… I’m def not coming from behind that IP address, nor is that my username.. I was editing fine just 30 minutes ago.
My IP is a 203.24.X.X address..
sorry for that, some part of the users appear as coming from one IP due to some weird network setups on server side

Still can’t edit any wiki pages and am getting the same error message.
