thay assume the ip address of router the userman. is 127.0.0.1 and so forth …
is that mean i have to use this IP ?

I is just pointing the radius server to the “local resource”..
Also it is telling the radius service that the “local host” will be using “its” service…
In short it is just pointing everyone back to the same point…
If you want to run more than one router off the UserManager service then use the appropriate IPs for the host / client settings.
