Will a NetMetal5 attach to ubnt omni?

Hey all!

Anybody mount a NetMetal5 on a ubnt amo-5g13 using the rfelements 912 bracket? Is there enough clearance to leave the metal cover on?

We’ve done this with base boxes, but not a NetMetal.

We’ve done it with one of the 10db omni antennas by removing the plastic “rocket mounting” and redrilling the metal back plate. It fits but getting the pig tails on can be a bit tight.

Hunter over at ISPSupplies.com put it on their bench and tried it out for me, “I replicated this set up and the gap is tight but do-able”.
