Will this hot spot work?

Hello,
I want to make a hot spot for about 20 users. I want to be able to manage each user uptime /like for 1 month/ and connection speed. My first idea is this configuration:
Internet---------LANcable---------ALIX routerboard with RouterOS level 4---------LANcable------AP NanoStation2--------wireless-------clients

Will this configuration work?

Yes. Enable/configure Hotspot package and install/configure Usermanager package on ALIX board.
