I found this minipci in http://www.abocom.com.tw/product_detail.php?id=372 , Will be support this card by mikrotik?

That looks like a Wavesat-chipset-based card.
Wavesat have already had 3.5GHz cards out for a while through ODMs

MT will no doubt reply but the answer is “no time soon” because of lack of open-source drivers.
