WiMax Support? (follow up to the posts in past years)

Good afternoon,

I’d like to know if any WiMax cards are currently supported via MikroTik/RouterOS ?

I read posts in 2008-2009-2010 but didn’t see an update in those threads, so sorry for asking the question again.

More specifically, I would like to know if the WaveSat NP7256 or SQN-2130 is supported? I have a few WiMax base stations that I would like to remove the miniPCI card from and use it in a MiktroTik router to broadcast to base stations. Is this going to be a possibility?

I’d like to continue this thread, does anyone know what software would be great to support these boards that John mentioned (WaveSat NP7256 or SQN-2130) ?

I need to create client devices for my customer, and I’m looking for good electronics for WiMax. I need to have something like this http://www.greenpacket.com/devices/wimax-outdoor-cpe.html .

The client devices will be connected with Airspan air4gs. I have just ordered custom panel antennas of 17 dBi.

Any suggestion from more experienced colleagues ?

BTW, why MT isn’t interested in Wimax support ?
