Hi,
After “upgrade” to win10 it seems i can no longer use the mac-telnet to mikrotik. I asked someone else who recently switched to win10 and he has the same issue. Any sugesstions ho to fix that ?
( I would expect something you need to tweak in powershell 
)

I can “mac-telnet” just fine to my mikrotik CCR1009 from Win10.
Have you double checked your version of Winbox and ensured you have the latest version?
Win10 upgrade resets many settings so check if:
A. Is your firewall on or off ?
B. Do you have WinBox exception in your firewall ?
C. Is your Windows’s LAN set as private or not ?
Check the interface you are using has a valid IP address on it, preferably static ip. I know Mac-winbox is l2 but Windows seems to need this.
Try running winbox as admin in Windows.
Try disable any unused interface like wireless
Disable any virtual machine like virtual box.
Disable AV and firewall on PC
a bit of fiddling with the bindings (ethernet as first card), disable virtualbox and tab network cards …
can get it to work when really needed but still has me puzzled
