I don't know if it has already been proposed but what do you think about Mikrotik making the comment lines yellow in a future version of Winbox 3 and 4 yellow?
I use inline comments a lot but many times especially in the firewall section where I have many rules, it creates confusion and it would be very useful to have a color that distinguishes the comments
You can use chain names as comments
Not sure about line color, but changing font color and/or style would be nice. In WB 4 they look really awful and messy and also need some indentation, like in WB 3.

A smarter thing would be to have separate sections for each part of the firewall, so that it is actually clearer what order and when/where the rules are applied...
Probably if there's confusion, either you have "too sparse" rules or you have too many of them and certainly fewer are enough...
But mine was an example about firewall, same goes for interfaces, dhcp lease or any other internal Winbox table

Why yellow for may dark theme ... it would hurt.
Next step ... different color for different types of comments.
The easiest way color formatting for comment column with a few carefully chosen HTML tags . Nothing more, nothing less.
Adding full formatting will open the next Pandora's box of scaling/formatting/perception problems.
