Winbox 3 beta 3 connect problem

Does anyone have problem, with this ver of WinBox ?!
I CAN’T access to ANY RouterBoard using this WinBox, after click on Connect button, and after plugin download everything disappear and nothing happening. I try again, same problem…try ather MT same problem. All MT Board are 6.18 ver.
Try to connect with old WinBox ver 2.2.18 ALL WORK FINE, no problem at all.

Any advice ?!

I’m experiencing the same problem, with winbox 3.0 beta 2 it was working, after the update to beta 3 it stopped working. I open a connection and after the “downloading plugins” I get a windows message that the program stopped working.

Same here, but without any error message. Just closes.
Tried on 2 different pc. One of them never had any winbox before.
If you try to open v5 it works, but not v6

I solve problem… very easy solution, after 3 hours of trying all what I can think of… :frowning:

Just mark option OPEN IN NEW WINDOW (on right side of WinBox window) and than try to connect to any RB, all work fine for me. All my RB are on 6.18
If you unmark it, it happen the same, doesn’t work. :slight_smile:

Yes it works, strange.
But if you notice when you use that option it looks like the old winbox. All the features from the new version are missing.

Hmmmm I can’t tell that, I don’t know (I didn’t see) how schould look like new Winbox ?! First page i different the old WinBox

After upgrade to new WinBox beta3 I have problem to connect to any RB. I solve with this check box, and that is it.
What is difference in new WinBox, like you say ?

For example the log window is separated in resizable columns.

I have this problem with the current version 3.0 no longer in beta..

I’ve tried open in new window i’ve tried clearing cache, aswell as removing all routers and re-adding them manually to winbox. winbox ver. 2.2.18 works fine
