winbox access port 8291 issue

Hi guys!

I had an access problem to an RB1100AHx4 using winbox on port 8291.
Everything was working fine to configure RouterOS through winbox. ip services and firewall filter (input chain port 8291) were configured properly but suddenly since last week the connection to RouterOS (with winbox) was rejected. SSH works normally.
I solve this problem changing port 8291 to another one (did this in ip services and accept access in firewall filter). Connection started to operate normally using this new port. Then, i changed back to 8291 and winbox access remains working.

does anyone knows why?

using routerOS verison 6.45.3 and winbox 3.19 and 3.20.
