Winbox config files

Hello,

Where does Winbox store it’s configuration files? I mean the list of the sites so I can click easy.

Is it a separate file, or does it store in the executable?

I am getting a new computer and I need to transfer the old Winbox to the new computer. Is it enough to just copy winbox.exe to the new computer and it will work?

You can export the config in the Winbox application. There is an option for that in the menu

In Winbox, from Tools make an export and save the file addresses.WBX anywhere you like and transfer it to new computer.
In new computer, from Winbox, in Tools, make an import of addresses.WBX

It’s in %APPDATA%\Mikrotik\ (C:\Users<username>\AppData\Roaming\Mikrotik).
