Winbox Connection From Internet

Hi everyone, I’m new with routeros, I’m using winbox to configure and manage my server, however; when I tried to connect from the internet to my server it can not connect, because Port 8291 is no response. can anyone help me with this.

Is there a modem between the mikrotik router and the internet. If so, do you have the proper ports forwarded?

also make sure you haven’t configured some firewall on the router itself, that would block connections on that port

Thanks for your advice, I check the ports I forward the 8291 port. and now it is working.
