Winbox Connection Problems

I am using the latest version of Winbox (v3.20) to connect to a remote router running RouterOS 6.45.7.

I’m trying this on 2 computers: one running Fedora, and one running Windows 10. The 2 computers are
on the same network.

The one running Fedora, which is using Wine to run Winbox, connects to the router without issue.
The one running Windows 10 tries to login, gets to the “Downloading descriptors…” stage of logging in, and just hangs there.

Wireshark on Windows 10 shows the 3 way TCP handshake between Winbox and the Router, a few messages are exchanged, and shortly after, the router sends us a TCP RST for some unknown reason.

Wireshark running on Fedora capturing a successful login obviously does not show this TCP RST being sent to us.

Other Windows users are also experiencing the same trouble logging into this router.
Any idea why this may happen?

Note: This may or may not be relevant, but the router I’m trying to connect to is across a satellite link, so there is about 600ms of latency between the winbox client and the router being connected to.
