When I open the manual in winbox on demo2.mt.lv I get the v2.9 manual, and the link to the pdf version goes to http://www.mikrotik.com/testdocs/ros/2.9/guide/specs.pdf
It’s because the v3 manual is not ready yet. The v2.9 manual can also be used for v3 as most of the commands are the same
