winbox doesn't work and how do I tell the sub version?

We bought 10 RB532 last summer. Due to production schedules we have not messed with them till now. After downloading winbox we try to connect and get the following error with every radio

Could not get Roteros.dll: no reply

We do not have any firewalls on the 2 different machines we have tried using winbox from. we can log into the web interface and the ssh interface but we really want the winbox manager.

Also on a seperate note we can tell we have version 2.9 How do we tell what sub version we have?

then type command “/system package print”

I suggest you reinstall the OS with Netinstall program. Use latest 2.9.12 version

I take it this means we have version 2.9.0 ? So we are .12 minior releases behind?
