I have a router board 411AR with routeros 5.21 The router board starts up. Winbox sees this, I click on mac address but nothing happened, plugins are loaded, but not open window. I have tried to restore with netinstall 5.20 but i see the disk not . What should I do? I have no netinstall 5.21
If it is showing an IP address the n temporarily try adjusting the PC IP to within that range and click on the IP address instead. MAC access can behave oddly at times.

It is successful, the reset button is faulty, when removing the reset button and to create a connection, started the netinstall procedure
